Trial Period
ONYX OFX offers a free 14-day trial with full functionality. By purchasing the plugin, you confirm that you have tested it during the trial period and accept its performance, compatibility, and limitations.
License Grant

Current pricing is displayed on the payment platform at the time of purchase. Prices may change without notice. Promotional discounts may apply.
Refund Policy
NO REFUNDS. Since a free 14-day trial is provided with full functionality, all sales are final. By purchasing, you confirm that you have tested the plugin and accept its performance. Refunds will not be issued for compatibility issues, performance concerns, or change of mind.
Disclaimer of Warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Since you had 14 days to test the plugin before purchase, you accept full responsibility for evaluating its suitability for your needs.
We do not guarantee compatibility with all systems, configurations, or third-party software.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL ONYX OFX, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
By purchasing after the trial period, you acknowledge that you tested the plugin and accept all risks associated with its use. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the license.
Prohibited Use
- No redistribution, resale, or sharing of the plugin
- No reverse engineering or modification
- No use for illegal purposes
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms. No refund will be provided upon termination.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Varna, Bulgaria.

Third-Party Model Licenses ONYX Ai Matte incorporates ViTMatte, whose code and weights are released under the MIT License by the original authors. The pre-trained weights were trained on third-party datasets which may be subject to their own license terms. By using ONYX Ai Matte, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable third-party licenses.
